Hydine-13 is a neural drug created to bind two consciousnesses together. Through the process of "Mind transference", a Bodysnatcher forces a person's mind into a subconscious state to take control of their body.​

Originally developed by the Nation of Hind, the method of producing H-13 was lost after the Kaifen War.  Fearing another war, other nations rushed to create their own version of the neural drug, which incidentally led to the discovery of "The Dream World."​​

Lunar Echoes follows the story of Commander Graymere, a broken war hero hopelessly fighting for a dying world. Ravaged by famine and decades of chemical warfare, much of the land of Sovereign has become uninhabitable. After taking a mysterious drug, Graymere begins having dreams of a futuristic utopia filled with fun and imagination. A Bastion of peace and prosperity, but behind all the glitz and glamour hides dark secrets that bind both worlds. ​
