Hydine-13 is a neural drug used to bind two consciousnesses together. Through the process of "Mind transference", a Bodysnatcher can force a person's mind into a subconscious state to gain full control over their body.​

Originally developed by the Nation of Hind, the method of producing H-13 was lost after the War of the Kaifen Tower.  With the threat of another war looming, nations rushed to create their own version of the neural drug, which incidentally led to the discovery of "The Dream World."​​

Lunar Echoes follows the story of Commander Graymere, a broken war hero hopelessly fighting for a dying world. Ravaged by famine and decades of chemical warfare, much of the land of Sovereign has become uninhabitable. After taking a mysterious drug, Graymere dreams of a futuristic utopia filled with hope and imagination.
